WELLMID3020, methacrylate for metal bonding, has a short potlife of 30 - 60 seconds and is therefore ideally suited for bonding operations where, e.g., high output quantities are required in series production.

Within 2 - 4 minutes after bonding and curing at room temperature, the parts can be handled. The final strength is reached after approximately 2 - 24 hours.

WELLMID3020can be applied with standard mixing/dispensing equipment.WELLMID3020 features a very good thermal stability.

Metals such as steel, aluminium, chromed surfaces, and ferrites.
Plastics such as ABS, polystyrene, rigid PVC, polycarbonate, polyphenylene oxide, moulded polyester parts, and others.
